SEASO Return & Exchange Policy — Premium Purchase Protection

At SEASO, every premium linen shirt is quality-checked before dispatch. Our policy is designed to protect genuine customers, maintain premium standards, and prevent unnecessary returns. 

We encourage customers to carefully review the size chart, product details, and images before placing an order.
Exchanges (Limited — Size or Fit Only)

We allow one-time size or fit exchange within 7 days of delivery, subject to approval.
Exchange is accepted only if:
Product is unused, unworn, and unwashed
Original tags, labels, and packaging remain intact
Hygiene seal is not removed
No stains, perfume, damage, or wear marks
Request is raised within 7 days of delivery

Important Conditions:
Size issues qualify for exchange only — refunds are not offered
Exchange allowed only once per order
Exchange depends on stock availability
Return shipping cost for size exchange is borne by the customer

Refund Policy (Strict — Rare Cases Only)
Refunds are approved only in exceptional cases, such as:
Manufacturing defect confirmed by our quality team
Damaged product received
Incorrect product delivered

Refund Rules:
Replacement is always offered first
Refunds are issued only if replacement is not possible
Approved refunds are processed as SEASO Store Credit (not cash)
Store credit is valid for 6–12 months

 

Defective or Missing Product Claims
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incomplete, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photo or video proof.
All claims are reviewed by our quality control team.
If approved, we will arrange a free replacement as the primary resolution.
Claims raised after 48 hours or without valid proof may not be accepted.

 

Non-Returnable & Non-Exchangeable Cases
Returns or exchanges will not be accepted if:
Product is worn, washed, altered, or used
Tags or hygiene seal are removed
Damage is caused by customer handling
Order is placed during sales, discounts, or promotions
Request is raised after 7 days of delivery
Free gifts or bundled items are included

Order Cancellation Policy
Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch.
Once shipped, cancellation is not possible.

Shipping Charges
Return shipping cost for size exchange is borne by the customer
Shipping charges are non-refundable
