Failed Delivery & Reattempts

Re-shipping costs (if requested) will be borne by the customer.
Lost or Missing Shipments
If an order is marked delivered but not received, customers must report the issue within 48 hours.

If confirmed lost in transit, replacement will be offered first.
Refunds (if applicable) will be processed as SEASO Store Credit.
Damaged Package During Transit
If your package arrives damaged or tampered, contact us within 48 hours with clear photos or videos.
Approved claims will receive a replacement as primary resolution.
